Billing occurs on the same day each month based on your original subscription date. You'll receive a receipt via email.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time - changes take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
We accept major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money options. Nigerian payment methods are supported.
If a payment fails, your access continues for 5 days while we retry billing. Update your payment method in account settings. After 5 days, access is restricted until payment succeeds.
