Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew. Plans include Subject Subscription (one subject), Rex (recordings for subscribed subjects), Rex Pro (all recordings for your grade), and Vault Pass (unlimited access to every recording).

We occasionally offer promotional periods. Check our pricing page for current offers. Your account remains active even after subscription expiration.

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.

You have a 5-day grace period to update your billing information. During this time, access continues. After 5 days, access is restricted until payment is resolved.

Subscriptions are non-refundable. However, we review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Both. Classes are conducted live with qualified teachers, and every session is recorded and available on-demand for later review.

We currently offer Mathematics, Basic/Integrated Science, and WAEC/Exam Preparation. More subjects including English, ICT, and Commercial subjects are coming soon.

Classes run for 45-60 minutes, 2-3 times per week per subject. Small groups of 5-15 students ensure personalised attention.

Absolutely. Interaction is strongly encouraged. Students can ask questions via audio, chat, or the interactive whiteboard during live sessions.
